Over the years Timothy Jacob Jensen has had the pleasure of working with and adding his contribution to brands such as Danzka and Thise Mejeri. In 2019 he had been selected as the years icon to design the Aalborg Jule Akvavit. Timothy has a long standing passion for excellent craftsmanship that extends beyond the world of design, encompassing both food, beverages and spirits. Therefore the design of his own line of Gin was an inspirational and natural step.

The inspiration for this collection came from Timothy’s passion and love for nature and the seasons which is also reflected in the story of his monogram and sun symbol both decoration the Aalborg Jule Akvavit 2019.
